Our Policies
1. DEPOSITS - Due to our busy summer schedule, a $200 deposit is required to save your date with all charter bookings. Early booking also helps should a cancellation be needed or a day needs rescheduled due to bad weather. Deposits are nonrefundable.
- IF YOU BOOK BY PHONE: Deposits made by check can be mailed to: Capt. Dave Diver, 9300 Leffingwell Road, Canfield, OH 44406. We also take deposit by credit/debt card or at the 'Pay My Deposit' link below, or the link sent to you in SMS text message.
- IF YOU BOOK BY THE BOOKING LINK: You will be prompted to enter your payment information when booking your date for your deposit.
2. CANCELLATIONS - Wrek-N-Eyes Charters reserves the right to cancel your trip due to weather or any matter of safety at the sole discretion of the captain. Cancellations due to weather will be made only if the captain feels safety is an issue. FOR YOUR SAFETY, THE CAPTAINS WORD IS FINAL!!!
